We might need your input in order for the meeting to go more smoothly, such as information about your goal and what you expect from us.

Once we have met all the requirements, we can meet to discuss in greater detail and determine whether we are a suitable fit. Note that we can still meet without taking the initial step.

Creating Estimate
As soon as the discussion is over and we have all of your preliminary requirements, we will move forward and concentrate on developing an estimate. Things we'll need to estimate: You can give info@thewunderkindcompany.com admin access to the website's login.  Time: You will receive a quote within 2 business days.

If the client approves the proposal, it will take us internally about a day to set up a work flow, assign tasks, and get organized, but depending on how sensitive the activity is, we may start it right away.

Weekly Update
Every Saturday, you will receive an updated summary of the work completed over the previous week. You will receive three reports: one with information on the tasks and their status, another with the hours it took to accomplish each task,

Daily Response Time
When you email us during business hours, we react within an hour, and if you email us outside of business hours, we respond to you within seven to eight hours.

If you have given us a task, please provide the due date with it. If the assignment is urgent, we will endeavor to address it as soon as possible.

If necessary, we can have a meeting every two weeks for 15 to 30 minutes to review the work that has been done.
